Keyingham Primary School is a community Primary school offering full time places for children from the academic year in which they are 5 years old until the end of their Primary education in Year 6. In addition we have a successful Foundation Stage Unit offering fully funded part time places for children in the term after they are 3 years old.
At Keyingham Primary School we are committed to providing the very best for the children in our care and we believe that this means a great deal more than simply those results that can easily be tested and presented in tables. Primary schooling should be about developing children's learning attitudes and their whole characacters and this ethos is encapsulated in our school mission statement:-
At Keyingham Primary School we aim to create a happy, secure and stimulating environment for our learning community which enables all of its members to work together to realise their full potential in all aspects of their education, not only academically, but also in terms of their personal, social, moral, spiritual, aesthetical and physical development. We will nurture each individual to ensure they develop the knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes needed to lead responsible and fulfilling lives, today and in the future.
