‘Once again the PC are receiving a number of complaints about dog fouling and sadly it appears that this is a particular problem on the ‘walk to school routes’ including The Leys, Ings Lane and Saltaugh Road and the areas approaching the School gates. The Dog Warden has been asked to patrol the village with a particular focus on these areas and will issue fines to owners allowing their dogs to foul pavements and verges’.
